Rental Program

Lease Term Offered: Minimum 12 months, based on credit approval (minimum 600 credit score)

There is a $50.00 application fee and a one months rent as security deposit (minimum $1000) which is fully refundable with normal wear and tear.

A $250.00 pet fee per animal, which is non-refundable.

First month rent is due with the security deposit
